Who are we?

 

Maternity dresses and maternity gowns for photo shoots, baby showers and special occasions. You are expecting your sweet bundle of joy and it is time for you to capture some memorable photos for your special memories. We know how tough it can be for expecting mothers to find truly amazing and stylish maternity gowns, pregnancy dresses and outfits for your baby showers, maternity photography sessions and  baby shower. We have designed our pregnancy gowns to fit your growing bump and make you stand out for your photo shoots and events, but you will find that many of our pregnancy gowns and maternity photo shoot dresses are very versatile and can be worn even after pregnancy.

SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Shipping and Delivery time.

We ship the orders out as soon as possible, but this will not always be the same day as your order. In general, please add 2-3 business days to allow for processing time. If you want expedited shipping please contact us at hello@sharonrosecustom.com or on social media.

 After the order is shipped out, we will update you with a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see the remaining shipping time.  Please allow us a couple of hours for the tracking information to update.

 Your shipment will arrive via UPS and we require a signature for the delivery. If you are not home, a note will be left on how to receive your order. Help is always available :)

 

  1. International Shipping

We ship internationally with a few exceptions. All orders shipping  to a destination outside of the USA are subject to the import duties, fees and the taxes of the destination country.

Please note that, YOU, THE BUYER, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty,  taxes, handling fees, customs clearance taxes etc required by your country for importing consumer goods as well as to obtain any necessary governmental permission and/or documentation for import approval  . We do not collect this beforehand and can't give you an estimate of the cost, because it varies widely around the world. Please, do your research so you're ready to get your package cleared through customs and have an idea of what the additional cost will be. We do not benefit in any way from these charges and we work very closer with our carriers to ensure a few days delays as possible.

Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country's Customs Department or Agency for inspection.

 

  1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect package.

If you have received a damaged, defective or a wrong item please reach out to us immediately  to hello@sharonrosecustom.com or on social media with photos of the damaged, defective or a wrong item, as well as with your order number and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue. If an item is to be replaced, we will reimburse ship costs for return.

 

  1. Lost or Stolen packages

Sharon Rose Custom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.

 

 

RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGES

We do NOT accept any returns or refunds.

Kindly do not buy any dress from us unless you have measured yourself properly and checked your size. All dresses are FINAL SALE and all measurements for my gowns are in inches.

There is a 30% restocking fee if you request an exchange and we are able to accommodate it.

In case of an exchange we are not responsible for any shipping costs and we do not provide return shipping label.

Exchanges are not accepted after 30 days from the day of purchase.

All exchanges must be in original mint and clean condition. Exchanges for used products – including damaged, scratched, programmed, and burnt – will not be accepted.

**IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE WHITE DRESSES**

Due to the delicate color I offer no returns for these gowns so please make sure to review the dimensions before purchase. If I must accept a return I will charge a 30% restock fee.
